I have been recording, mixing and mastering audio for 11 years in both digital and analog formats. I now mainly work on a Mac with Logic, but have mastering outboard gear, access to a 2" 24 track reel to reel machine, and a pc/Samplitude set up when necessary.
Here are some basic rates that are flexible (can be lowered) depending on the details of your project:
